CCleaner - free computer cleaning tool

Today i took under review a free cleaner for the computer called CCleaner. CCleaner is used for removing temporary files, fixing registry errors, removing cookies and deleting unused programs.
The CCleaner is developed by Piriform, they also offer defragmenting tools and other computer cleaning/managing pograms.
The CCleaner also has a version that you can buy, it offers more and of higher quality functionality. But i will concentrate on the free version of the product.

So to the point.

CCleaner is very easy to install and to set up. You can get it from here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

After installing you will see something like this(depending what language you have chosen)

From the selection menu you can change the types of files you wish to remove (If you like your browser history, you may want to keep cookies). P.S IT IS SAFE - the program will not delete any necessary files, all removed items are so called "junk files"
After selecting the options, click either "Analyze - will show what will be changed" or click "Run Cleaner" - will automatically clear the computer. If you wish for the program to delete your browser junk also, you need to close the browser before running the cleaning process.

Now click to the Registry tab, on the left there is a menu of data it will try to clean. When you have selected the ones you want (all is default) click "Scan for issues" after completing, it will ask you if you wish to carry on with the process. If ready click "Fix selected issues" and your registry will be fixed.

1) The tools section allows you to delete programs and dlete any record of them on the hard drive.
2) Manage start up - Allows to manage the processes that start when you turn on the computer. Such as MSN, Skype, Nero, and other quickstart processes. Turning these off or turning on manual will make the computer run more smoothly.
3) There is also the option of "system restore" and "drive wipe"
4) In the settings option you can change the configuration.

So in overall conclusion, it is a very good free program.It gives a lot of functionality, configuration options and utilities and manages to do so in a very simple manner. It helps to keep the computer running and healthy. Feel free to try it if you are not already using some other program.
